PLG is an ERC20 token, the smart contracts are all audited or in-progress, and reviewable. The use of funds and token allocation has been declared publicly since the start of the project, and you can view it in greater details at our whitepaper found at https://pledgecamp.com. On Kickstarter or other competitors, the company gets paid as soon as the fundraising project is over; they don't care if a project delivers, and they get paid even if it fails. For us, the listing fees are not kept by the platform, they are distributed to token holders, so they are incentivized to take part in keeping the platform secure and safe. The incentives are correctly aligned, better than on Kickstarter. Again, please refer to the white paper for greater detail, as I can only briefly touch on the subject in just one short message.
