Binance loan has 3 options, BNB, USDT and ETC. BNB is Biance’s native platform token and USDT is most liquid stable coin. They are chosen by Binance with no doubt.
In my opinion, there are 2 main reasons why Binance Loan chooses ETC:
1> ETC is decentralized. There’s no central power entity in ETC ecosystem. The community makes decision so it avoids the risks of power control and single point of failure.
2> ETC is proved to be immutable in the history. Any transaction/record happened on ETC blockchain cannot be muted. That’s very important to an exchange.
