ETC Labs Core - Core Dev team, ETC LAbs - Accelerator for ETC, ECC - Managing the fund and operation for ETC, Parity - they have Parity client for ETC, IOHK - they have a Mantis client.2. We have change ETC's monetary policy to deflation. Removing the diffculty bomb (coz we won't turn to PoS) and will do the upgrade of Atlantis.3. Our teams are keeping contributing. That's most important thing! I think in the end the price would reward us.4. Keep building! In addition, the promotion and marketing are necesarry because you have to let thr others know what you are doing and understand you.

We began to build our community from last year. We wrote many articles and organized many events/meetups to let people know more about ETC. And from this year, we aim to build ETC as a DApp platform, so that many DApps has come to ETC just as Tron does.2. Our dev team keeps building and optimizing. ETC is a most secure blockchain platform so many DApps has come to ETC. However we are still moving. By Atlantis Hard Fork we will improve ETC's functionality, availability and perormance and will make ETC more compatible with ETH.3. That means much more DApps will build on ETC. I believe we will achieve it soon. At that moment, our mission will be how to solve the scalabilty problem of blockchain. We do have some options now, one of them is 2nd Layer solution.

ETC Labs is an Accelerator on ETC blockchain and it has supported 11 projects in cohort I. Additional 8 projects will be involved soon in cohot II. All these will benefit the DApps devs to build on ETC and thus enlarge ETC ecosystem. Vitalik had some post about ETC on Twitter, like the proposal of making ETC as ETH's data layer. More details will be revealed soon.
